YUMMY SAMOSAS






you want to have crispy onion samosas. Here is the recipe.My husband loves my onion samosas.I used to make in the evening as a snack.It is very famous in India.People used to have it in the evening after tea.



INGREDIENTS

1 cup onion

1 cup maida

1/4 teaspoon red chilli powder,

pinch of coriander powder,

pinch of pepper powder

pinch of salt

Procedure

Take one tsp oil in pan,fry onion add all the powders and keep it aside for 5 or 10 minutes.

1 cup maida(all purpose)mix it with water,2tsp oil and little salt

Make it in to a soft dough and keep it aside for 15 min.

Make it in to balls and press it .

Make it in to a circle.

Make a diagnal with knife and cut in to 2 parts to make a semi circle.

Take one semicircle and fold it like a cone.

Place the filling in the cone.

close the cone by lightly touching with water.

Immerse the samosas one by one in hot oil and deep fry it.

You will get crispy yummy samosas.
