Indian Fried Rice







We know that most of the girls dont know cooking before marriage.Cooking is an art that comes from practice.I never cooked much when i was with my parents.My mother prepares delicious food that we had our relatives for a longer period in our home.I never learnt cooking from my mom before marriage.It was after my marriage i used to write the recipe in a book from my mom.But i struggled for a year to be a good cook.Now i came to know the secret of cooking after practising more and more.This recipe is one of my favourite.I hope you also try it.
If you are a vegetarian dont use chicken and egg.you can continue the procedure with vegetables.
INGREDIENTS
2 cup rice
4 cup water
3 onions
1/2 bell pepper(capsicum)
1 cup beans
1 cup carrot
1 cup peas if necessary
10 mint leaves
1/2 bunch of coriander leaves
2 spoons of pepper
little salt
1/4 kg chicken
1 spoon chilli powder
1/4 spoon garam masala
1 spoon ginger paste
1 spoon garlic paste
1 cup of oil
2 eggs
Method
STEP 1:cut chicken in to smaller pieces,very small to the size of peas .
STEP 2:Add chilli powder,turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste and little salt ,little garam masala as per your taste in the chicken and marinate for 3 to 4 hours.
STEP 3:Take the vegetables carrot ,beans,peas and add 1 cup of water to it and also add some salt to it.Boil the vegetables.
STEP 4:Take the onion and cut longitudinally in to very thin pieces. Take 1/2 bell pepper(capsicum)and cut longitudinally in to thin pieces.
STEP 5:Add 1 cup of oil ,heat it in a pan and put onion and fry it nicely till it comes to light brown.
STEP 6:Add 1/2 spoon of ginger and garlic paste to the onion and fry it and add bell pepper(capsicum) to it.
STEP 7:Add mint leaves and coriander leaves to it and again fry it.
STEP 8:Add little pepper and salt to it.
STEP 9:Now filter the vegetables and drain it.put the vegetables in this mixture and fry it again.
STEP 10:Lower your flame for some time.
STEP 11:cook the rice along with water separately.
STEP 12:When the rice is cooked, mix the rice with the mixture layer by layer.
STEP 13:Fry the chicken which you have marinated.
STEP 14:Add the fried chicken pieces along with the rice layer by layer.
STEP 15:Fry the egg with pepper and salt in a separate pan and put this in the fried rice.
yes now you have the yummy fried rice with good fragrance.My husband loves this fried rice.its tasty and delicious.
